Koehler Kheel Realty is a real estate development and property management company based in the historic district of Easton, Pennsylvania. 

For the past 20 years, the company has specialized in adaptive
re-use and retrofitting of buildings.  We presently own and manage residential buildings throughout the City, including two condominium associations, and control approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial space downtown.

Koehler Kheel's portfolio includes a diverse array of residential and commercial properties, including office buildings, multi-unit and single-family residential homes, and retail locations.
